In the district Mülheim of Cologne a soccer fan has disappeared. Two very different cops are forced to join forces in the investigation. “Mülheim - Tatort rechts vom Rhein" was initiated as a Marketing campaign for the district Köln-Mülheim. Realized were four episodes (á 4-7 min.) with a micro budget of 3,800 €, funded by the structure development program Mülheim 2020 of the city of Cologne.
